Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account information: your name, phone number, and (optionally) email address and profile photo. Login is verified with a one-time code sent by SMS.

League activity: RSVPs, check-ins, rosters, game results and statistics, chat messages, and media you or your organizers upload.

Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number — we keep only payment status and amounts (for example, that a season fee was paid or refunded).

Approximate location: if you share a ZIP code or use nearby discovery, we use it to show leagues and events near you. We do not track your movements.

Device information: if you enable push notifications in our mobile app, we store a push token for your device so we can deliver them.

How we use it

To run your leagues: schedules, rosters, standings, check-in, and payments between players and organizers.

To notify you: in-app notifications and — each with its own toggle — SMS, email, and mobile push (for example event reminders, roster changes, and fee reminders). You can turn any channel off in your profile settings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

Your leagues: organizers and (where enabled) teammates see the participation details needed to run events — such as your name on a roster and whether you have checked in or paid.

Service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), Resend (email), Expo (mobile push delivery), PubNub (live score/notification updates), and our hosting providers. Each receives only what its function requires.

We disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices and rights

Notification controls: SMS, email, and push can each be disabled in your profile settings at any time.

Account deletion: you can delete your account in the mobile app (Profile → Delete account) or by contacting us. Deletion permanently removes your name, phone number, and email from your account; game history remains with your leagues in anonymized form.

Access and correction: you can view and edit your profile information in the app, or contact us for a copy of your data.

Data retention and security

We keep account data while your account is active. League records (games, payments, standings) are retained for the leagues that own them.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is limited to those who operate the service.

Children

5on5 accounts are for adults. Youth players may appear on rosters managed by an adult organizer or guardian, subject to league compliance requirements (such as waivers signed by a guardian). We do not knowingly let children create accounts.
